We are not liable if our website is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for ensuring all users accessing our site through your connection comply with these terms.

Our Products

We aim to describe all products accurately. Some handmade items may vary slightly. Colours may appear different on screens. These are not faults and returns for these reasons are treated as change-of-mind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, images, or availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders, edit listings, or refuse service at our discretion.

Website Updates

We update our site regularly and may change content at any time. We are not responsible for inaccuracies but will correct them as soon as they are identified.

Your Order

After placing your order and successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email is not a guarantee of availability. The contract is complete only when your item is dispatched and confirmed.

We may cancel orders due to high freight costs, out-of-stock items, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or store credit where appropriate.

Prices, Payment, and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, direct deposit, or by phone. Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery.

Returns

7 Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days for store credit, exchange, or voucher. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges (even if free at checkout) are not refunded.

Please contact us to arrange a return.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives visibly damaged, take photos/video, refuse the delivery if possible, and contact us immediately.

We may:

  • Offer a full or partial credit/refund
  • Replace the item (subject to availability)
  • Cover return shipping if required

All private event bookings must be made in person. Event terms are provided during consultation with our team. Contact us to discuss availability and arrangements.
