Shipping Policy

At Bent on Life, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times vary by region but generally range from:

2–5 business days within NSW
3–10 business days for other states and territories

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

High Freight Destinations

If your order requires exceptionally high shipping costs, we reserve the right to contact you for additional fees or to cancel the order with a full refund. We will always reach out before taking action.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, we’re happy to provide a store credit, exchange, or voucher.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including original outbound shipping, regardless of any free shipping promotions at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product, and email us at donna@bentonfood.com.au as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement (subject to stock availability)
A full or partial refund
A store credit or voucher
Return shipping covered by us if required

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or food safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
