At Bent on Life, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times vary by region but generally range from:

  • 2–5 business days within NSW
  • 3–10 business days for other states and territories

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

High Freight Destinations

If your order requires exceptionally high shipping costs, we reserve the right to contact you for additional fees or to cancel the order with a full refund. We will always contact you before taking any action.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
